Here are some of the designs and sites that I've worked on.  Many of these are separate web apps that I wrote while at Slippery Rock University.

SRU.edu
A brand new template that I designed for use with all SRU web applications. This is the design I created for 2010 Orientation Registration. We registered a total of 4,048 students and family members. We were also able to leverage the data we obtained for reporting purposes and will be able to do year to year reports from now on.
 This is the design that was heavily modified for SRU's Library Symposium for Student Research. The program was a huge success and we plan on utilizing this registration form next year. This shows the standard login form that authenticates against SRU's Active Directory. Web Application written in C#.net, 3.5.
 This is the back-end administration system I wrote for the Grants Office at SRU. They were able to retrieve all the grant applications in PDF format and also view reports on the received applications. Written in C#.net, 3.5.
Other sites
I worked with the Web Designer for KingMorgan.com. I did the JQuery/user interface interaction integration. I also did some social networking integration. KingMorgan.com is also using CTCMS.
